1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of reviews, comments and ratings you submit. By posting, you grant CineFlix HD a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and adapt that content within the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
Movie posters, trailers, cast images and metadata are provided by TMDB and remain the property of their respective rights holders. The CineFlix HD brand, design and editorial copy are owned by CineFlix HD.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- No scraping, mass downloading or automated access without permission.
- No hate speech, harassment, spam or illegal content.
- No attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores and recommendations are editorial opinions, not professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineFlix HD will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the latest version is always posted on this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in India.
